Sometimes shipping takes a toll on corals. Thats why we provide DOA coverage for all corals that are shipped overnight.

Corals, being live animals, can be negatively affected by aquarium conditions, fluctuating parameters, changes in lighting and a myriad of other factors outside of our control. For that reason Miami Coral Company does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, swaps, or credits of any form on corals that are picked up. Corals that are shipped are covered by our live arrival guarantee.

Our DOA policy is simple, just provide us a clear digital image of the coral inside its sealed bag within 2 hours of arrival and we will replace the coral or provide you store credit equal to its value. 

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement coral or store credit of equal or similar value as the one that arrived dead. We do not provide refunds in the event of a DOA. DOA items have no inherent value beyond the replacement or store credit. Under no circumstance will we(Miami Coral Company) provide refunds on shipping services rendered by a third party. This includes but is not limited to DOA packages, lost packages, late packages or damaged packages. If for any reason you are experiencing issues with your purchase please contact us as we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. We strive to have the best customer experience possible and part of that is helping you be successful with your purchase. 

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to the point where the coral is picked up by the customer or the order is shipped. Once shipped we are unable to cancel your order. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee or 100% store credit to be used at a later point in time with no expiration.
